1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pristine Armor website (the "Site") and your purchase of our trading card protection products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

Pristine Armor ("we", "us", "our") designs and sells protective storage products for trading cards, including top loaders, graded card binders, and display cases. Our products are sold through our TikTok Shop storefront.

3. Orders, pricing, and fulfillment

All purchases are made through our TikTok Shop storefront and are subject to TikTok Shop's own terms, checkout process, and payment handling. We do not collect payment on this Site. Prices, availability, shipping estimates, and taxes shown at checkout are controlled by that storefront and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, that exceed reasonable quantities, or that contain pricing or description errors.

4. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations for orders placed through TikTok Shop are handled according to the policies of that storefront. If you have an issue with an item you received, please contact us through our TikTok Shop or TikTok profile and we will work with you to resolve it.

5. Product use and limitations

Our products are designed to help protect collectibles from everyday handling, dust, and light exposure. They are not guaranteed to prevent all damage. You are responsible for storing and handling your collection appropriately, including keeping items away from extreme heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. Product photography and descriptions are illustrative; slight variations in color, finish, and dimensions may occur.

6. Intellectual property

The Pristine Armor name, logo, product designs, site content, photography, and copy are our property or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written consent. Trading card names, characters, and artwork shown in any imagery belong to their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by those rights holders.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale, or using it for unlawful purposes.

8. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party platforms such as TikTok and TikTok Shop. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
